Jacketing of Chilled Water Pipes And Rectangular Ducts

Aluminum, Stainless Steel & Galvanized Jacketing products are used intensively in Mechanical Insulation Pipes, Rectangular and Circular Ducts and Tank Coverings as a protective membrane for the insulation against weather, corrosion & mechanical abuse.

It is designed to do one or more of the following:
     – Control condensation,
     – Reduce emissions,
     – Reduce noise,
     – Reduce Surface temperatures.

Aluminum Jacketing is manufactured using Alloy that complies with ASTM B209, Alloy 3003, 3005, 3105, or 5005,Temper H14.
Stainless Steel Jacketing is manufactured using Alloy that complies to ASTM A240M, A480M, Grade 304/304L/316/316L.
Galvanized Jacketing is manufactured using Standard L.F.Q. complying with ASTM A653 and Having G90 Coating Designation.
Thicknesses used for the Jacketing are from 0.5mm up to 1.2mm.
DVAC recommends the use of Aluminum Stucco Embossed for the Jacketing of Chilled Water Pipes.
