Sand Trap Louvers are used as a pre‑filter system for the protection of air conditioning plants, offering a high degree of separation of sand and large dust particles before air enters the HVAC system.

The vertical blade configuration effectively traps sand and directs it toward drainage openings, reducing dust accumulation and protecting internal equipment components.

Series STL Sand Trap Louvers have been tested in accordance with BS EN 13181:2001. Testing was conducted on 17 March 2016 at Thomas Bell‑Wright Laboratories Facilities.
