Volume Control Dampers

Volume Control Dampers (VCD)

Volume Control Damper (VCD) is a device designed to regulate and balance airflow within duct systems, chimneys, VAV boxes, and other air handling equipment. It provides accurate and reliable airflow control in ventilation systems.

Manual dampers are operated by an external handle mounted on the duct.
Automatic dampers regulate airflow continuously and are operated by electric or pneumatic actuators.

Standard DVAC VCD Types:

    • – VCD

    • – VCD‑FC

    • – VCD‑SC

    • – VCD‑RSC

    • – VCD‑FOSC

    • – ALVCD

All DVAC Volume Control Dampers are manufactured in compliance with SMACNA standards, ensuring durability, performance, and precise airflow control.
