Welded Rectangular Ducts (Kitchen Exhaust Ducts)


DVAC Welded Rectangular Ducts are manufactured from cold‑rolled steel coils (minimum 16 gauge) and comply with NFPA 96 requirements.


These ducts are primarily designed for kitchen ventilation and exhaust systems, connected to exhaust fans that remove heat, smoke, and odors from kitchens and cooking areas. Stainless steel ducts are also available for the same application.


Commercial kitchens often operate at temperatures exceeding 100°C, combined with high humidity levels. Properly constructed welded duct systems are essential to ensure safe air extraction and maintain a healthier and more comfortable environment.
